Bad product
This is a replacement ordered for the original which had the EXACT same issue. Ordered just 10 days ago and used just twice and again, this is broken. It’s just really bad quality, I can say. The opening-closing mechanism seems very brittle and this ring I’ve shown in the pics seems to be very cheap quality or very flimsily tied. And once this is broken, then the opening-closing doesn’t work and you have a dead weight in your hand.

Very durable and lightweight
I order this umbrella for my sister and she feels so attached to it as it’s so convenient because of it’s lightweight design and I highly recommended it and the other one for my brother as he walks a lot from his stop to work and I could see a lot of difference in his tan compared to other umbrella’s
