Product Description Our BioActive vitamin B complex supplement provides a full range of essential B vitamins in their most bioavailable form for optimum absorption. We've blended our supplement specially, providing BioActive vitamin B's in the ideal ratio for the human body. Included within this Vitamin B Complex are the six numbered vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12). This product is ideal for simplifying the process of taking individual B vitamin supplements. BioActive B's contain both active and inactive forms of B2 (Riboflavin & Riboflavin 5' -phosphate), B3 (nicotinamide & nicotinic acid), B6 (pyridoxine HCl & pyridoxine 5' -phosphate) and B12 (methylcobalamin & adenosylcobalamin). A combination of different forms allows a wider range of benefits including those of methylation reactions. Folic acid as L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate does not require extra steps in conversion to be utilised, is preferred by those with genetic variations to folate and can cross the blood-brain-barrier. B Vitamin Reaction
Superb quality capsules but as I'm one of the lucky few who experience quite a profound reaction to taking strong B group vitamins, I thought to share in the hope of saving others any unpleasant shocks/embarrassment - eg) don't take just before a date or zoom/meeting!As far as I'm aware, this is just the old story of our bodies mistaking x, in this case B vitamins, for the enemy and rushing to our defence, with the typical hives, itching and burning red face - lush.Whilst wanting to make others aware of a possible reaction, based upon further reading and imho, this can happen with any quality B Group Vits (and not just B either) so the product/manufacturer is not the issue. I highly recommend these tablets and do not want to give an unfair or wrong impression of their excellent quality and efficacy.In my experience the reaction lasts a few minutes, usually between 3-10mins; it may vary due to meals/other supplements. Last time I took them alongside my other supplements (I since discovered that Biotin can cause this reaction on its own and that's what I took with it!) so I had a much stronger reaction, which lasted around 45mins, causing temporary hives on my legs and arms and itching/burning a little like sunburn.I've bought this product twice and continue to take it; I believe it to be the best B group I've used, just be aware that any strong B12/B/Group vitamin can, in some people, cause a temporary but quite shocking/amusing, depending upon one's pov, reaction. As we are all different there *could* be someone out there who has a worse reaction to B vitamins and forewarned is forearmed; if you are in any doubt please check with your GP.It may help to take B vits in the morning with food, to minimise any reaction and to get the most benefit. I'd also suggest taking them at a different time to other supplements...esp Biotin! Be well.👍

Traditional B complex
This B complex is how I use to remember the Bs except this one is gluten free and vegetarian!!...I turned yellow after only one capsule known as flushing it's a change from blushing red ...but it's too be expected with my issues! Great quality product, arrived well packed both the bottle and the outer packaging from the usual excellent Amazon delivery service! I would recommend this vitamin/mineral brand and this product. Finally a B complex which doesnt smell!
Most B complex tablets smell. I dont mind but my wife has sensory problems and is easily put off by smells. These are not like that and she is able to take them.
