I would first like to say I recieved this as a promotional but my review is 100% my own. The left is the Max 3 and the right is the Max Pro 2. They are pretty much the same size but just different opening placements. Works as intended and my kittens love it! I think that people would like it especially if you already have a camera to watch the litter box so you can see if they peed or pooed. If you are on a budget, I would definately reccomend this model especially if you don't care about their deoderizing features. Pros: - low to the floor (for the max pro 2 I use a scratcher to make it easier for my kittens to go inside but for the max 3 I don't need to) - wide opening - always stops when kittens are inside, peeking in, and on top of the spinning cylinder - easy to do touch up cleaning - weight tracking is fairly accurate as long as your cats arent jumping on the machine like my kittens do (can be an issue if you have cats that have nearly similar weights) [for reference my kittens are 7 and 5.5 lbs] - not smelly even without the n60 plugin - fairly similar to the pro max 2 (see cons to see differences) - the ani leak and scratch pad is very durable and is very easy to clean even with soft poo Cons: - this specific model doesn't come with the n60 plug deoderizer plug in. You need to buy the premium to have it pre installed or order your piece through customer service and paypal. I feel it should be clearer in the product description and title. - no camera - no light

This self-cleaning litter box makes daily cat care much more convenient. I really like the low entrance and always-open design, especially for larger cats or multi-cat homes. The safety sensors and anti-pinch features give me extra peace of mind, while the odor and leak control help keep the area much cleaner. It also comes with trash bags and the N50, which is a nice bonus. It fits my large size cat, and it's super effective in that I don't need to change litter every day anymore.

Ya’ll, I’m a first time cat owner and boy was I focused on getting my litter box game right. I went through 2 months of…let’s say it nicely: pure inconvenience with other robots and litter. After so much research, a serious budget consideration, and a non negotiable desire for a warranty because I’m seeing err’body cant put together plastic and a motor and call it a product, I settled on this. Yall, I got home tonight and literally pulled out the drawer to see if my cat was actually doing her business cuz I smelled nothing. Like nooooothing. Ok enough talking here’s the super combo: the n50 which came with it (no I didn’t buy the n60 extra part whatever), Elsey’s Ultra Unscented, and the secret weapon- plug in ionizers. Yooooooo. That one litter box from ‘you know where’ with built in ionizer taught me that the technology works. It was one of the features I was looking for in a robot but to no avail within my price range. Amazon AI was who introduced me to these plug in things. Not only does it not smell like cat. My basement apartment no longer has that stuffy all odors locked in with nowhere to go scent. Amazing!! The litter box looks great, and I think my cat likes it in there cuz she has space to do her business. And the pee litter doesn’t stick to the pad which was an issue with the other robots. No leakage that I see or smell. The value is great and with the two year warranty, I’m ok with however long it lasts. This robot and my cat are a match made in heaven! Ok update cuz we’re always LEARNING! Plug in ionizers need to be ozone safe so you gotta look for a HEPA safe one. Ozone free!

These work really well. They last the 30 days they are supposed to. I wouldn't say the smell is my "favorite" but you can't actually smell it outside of the litter box, definitely neutralizes the smell of the cat's waste inside of the waste container.

I’ve been using PETKIT auto boxes for about two years, and the opening on this one is noticeably larger. That was my main reason for choosing this model. Our boy grew into a proper chunky gentleman, and now he strolls in like he owns the place — no ducking, no squeezing, just a very dignified entrance. The waste bin is bigger too, so I empty it less often. The sensors work reliably, and I can peek at their bathroom schedule in the app, which is oddly satisfying. Almost a month in and no complaints. With an automatic box you simply stop thinking about scooping — and honestly, the cats seem happier about it than I am.

Overall good. But *read carefully* which features come with each of their many models or you may be disappointed. This model does not include the Easy Breezy deodorizer device, even though it has the connections for it. Be aware also that it differentiates between cats only by weight, so if your cats weigh about the same... then you will not get individualized information. It does not have a camera. A good basic model; included features work as described.

Oh this is so good. Self cleaning is the way to go. Easy to start up. I put some poo in it from the old box and changed the timer to 5 minutes after kitty leaves so she will not get frightened. Perfect. Update, 1 week in and the 2 cats i have are using this litter box without issues. Although it was a stretch to get my first automatic cleaning litter box, now I wonder why I waited so long. Additional tip, the first night I set it up i unplugged it so it would not startle my cats. I recently adopted and the new boy is skittish. Then the next day I set the cleaning cycle for 5 min after kitty is done with business. The are not in the area then when it cycles. I have 2 litter boxes now, one is an old fashioned one and now the second is PETKIT Purobot max 3. I cannot wait to get another max 3. Its so much less stressful when I do cleaning. *Important tip: As I have 2 adult cats I found found it best to empty the waste bin every 3-4 days as it fills up fast.

Our cats actually prefer this litter box to the ordinary one we've used for years. It's a very nice convenience to have a litter box that I don't have to clean several times each day. We have three cats and we have to empty the litter bin in the PETKIT Purobot every 5 days or so. It doesn't smell bad at all, but that's not the thing I like most about it - it's really the convenience that is making us consider purchasing another one for upstairs.
