Great for blister prevention
I'm prone to blisters on the underside of the toe and the boots I was issued at work (I'm a delivery driver) were causing this problem to plague me again. These insoles have really done the trick - the blisters are no longer occurring. The only other thing I would point out is the insoles are quite thick and that can cause an issue if the boots are already a tight-ish fit: next time I order work boots I'll probably go up a size because I'll definitely be using these insoles again. Thoroughly recommend them.

These are the Dogs ...
After a motorcycle crash left me with a dodgy foot I've been searching for some decent , supporting insoles .These babies are brilliant . They've reduced the daily aches and pains I get through my foot by 90% .Love em , already ordered 2 more pairs for other footwear .

Probably best suited for UK size 10 or smaller
These one-size insoles offer good cushioning in shoes with full flexibility, and they do not have the hard plastic supports that are found on arch support insoles. As a one-size product they are designed to be cut to fit the owner’s shoes but there is a limit to how big a shoe they are suitable for.My own shoes are size 12 UK and I have found that these insoles aren’t quite enough for that size, though that was due to them being too narrow for the width of the footwear and the length was just about alright. It seems that they are best-suited for smaller shoes than my own, in place of the original insole otherwise they may be too thick.

Very comfortable
Put these in my everyday shoes. Very comfortable and pain free.

Comfy but heavy
The first thing you notice about these is how padded and soft they are and also the weight. They are very padded and supportive of your feet and can be trimmed to your shoe size but they don't work in all of my shoes due to the thickness as they push my foot too high and then are uncomfortable in a different place. You can cut them fairly easily but the bumps on the bottom can make it a little awkward.
