Great Bitters

Bad Flavor
I've tried this in place of Scrappy's Firewater Bitters in several recipes, but it adds kind of an unpleasant, rotting garbage flavor that doesn't really work with anything. I have an extensive hot sauce collection that gives me numerous better options, and Scrappy's Firewater gives a clean burn.
