Q: What is the size of the door opening please?

It's about toddler height, my grandson is six and the top comes to just below his shoulder., he can stand inside it, It was easy for his mum and myself to go through the door comfortably, it's the best pop up tent I've ever bought him. We've filled it with cushions and his bigger cuddly toys ( found a home for his monsters inc cuddly monsters at last) bought a 100cm circular rug from Argos that fits comfortably inside with room to spare, it's approximately two thirds of full the height of the tent itself, I'll measure it next time I'm round. My grandson loves it, it's in his bedroom up all the time but can be taken down easily when you need to.

Probably max age would be around 8 years old, especially if there was more than one child playing in it. My 5 year old (tall!) grandson uses it as his den and there is plenty of room inside for just him.

Q: What is the width of the door opening, please?

Flaps fasten together with Velcro. Opening is triangle-shaped with a base of 70cm and a height of 68cm. Base is 100cm in diameter. Plenty of room inside for an adult and 1/2 children to sit.

Q: Why is this listed ‘for boys’?

Because unfortunately everyday sexism and gendered stereotypes exist and are perpetuated by nonsense like this. It’s for anyone that likes space and can be for a boy or girl.
