30g to 200ml at 19.4g protein. Has a creamy milky subtle banana flavour.
The mix is fine, no bits or anything else. Knocking up a mix is as simple as putting a single scoop (included) and putting 200ml. I measured the scoop volume and it gives you (when flat leveled) 30g exactly which saves the guess work of putting it on the scale. Sadly that was not mentioned on the label, but you know now. The mix is creamy and milky, not overally sweet and had a subtle banana flavour when mixed with water. I'd liken it to a thin milkshake like consistency. 19.4g of protein per scoop.
