I have been suffering with IBS-D for many years and only just starting to figure out exactly what my specific trigger foods are. This bar has worked really well for me, it doesn't flare up my IBS and I take it with me to work every day as my snack. I'm not saying it will work for all people with IBS because there are different trigger foods for different people, but it works great for mine which got to the point where I didn't want to leave my home. The taste is not bad for something that is IBS friendly and I can live with that to not have symptoms while I'm trying to work.

I can't even give it one star it was so disgusting. The package arrived open with the bottom flap taped together and the front torn open. The bar tastes like it has been sitting on a shelf for years, even though it has not reached its expiration date. There is a strong alcohol taste and just gooey. JUST PLAIN NASTY.

Great company with great products. I don't eat many snack bars, but this is the perfect treat for my fussy stomach. Perfect.

Still not very many chocolate chips on top of the bars. Some have half a dozen, but some only 3 or 4. That's not very many, to my thinking.

These have a slimy and sticky texture, they taste weird and just not good. I tried to eat them. Even added some peanut butter on top to help with the taste and to add a little protein. After eating twice I threw them away. I was eating the Belli Well bars but they got discontinued so I tried these. They took 10 days in transit so not sure if that contributed to the texture but they are expensive and in my opinion not worth the cost.

Met my expectations. Taste is good and so is the texture.

Not impressed with the condition of the package. The taste is fine considering it’s the only low Fodmaps bar I’ve found.

Be aware that these bars have the following products - Gluten-free oats * Brown rice syrup * Cane sugar * Chocolate chips (in some) * Seeds (like sunflower) * Oils While they aren’t high FODMAP, they have ingredients that aren't IBS friendly. That’s my opinion.

Easy on the stomach and good chocolate taste.

Super yummy and great for gut issues. Easy to grab!
