Very easy to install. I do wish it had something stickie to press & hold against the shower tile, otherwise somewhat loose, but not problematic...

Very elegant. Perfect threading w/NO leaks!
I have not been happy with my shower since we moved in 5 years ago. It was on a 4" arm with a 45 degree bend, and as a result you could not point the shower head straight down, so you were always in the stream. With a few surgeries that required me to put a plastic bag on my arm there was no way to keep it out of the water. So there is the reason for this order. A very reasonable price and the perfect length. (I had seen some that were 16" long but that is too much.) Everything came apart like "it's supposed to". And, the big surprise was it all went back together like "it's supposed to." This supply arm was actually a heavier (thicker) tubing than I had originally. Heavier is better. I makes for a more solid foundation for this shower head and diverter to hand sprayer. It matches perfectly with the Moen oil rubbed bronze fixture too. Getting this off my "to do" list is priceless! Thanks!

Nice finish....however.
Brought to match other shower accessories. Like others have mentioned had trouble threading into wall fitting, acted like was cross threaded. The old s/s arm had no issues. I took a chance and used pipe dope not t-tape and hand tightened, seems ok. My guess maybe finish causing issues. Had no issues putting on shower head. Do not think would buy this brand again. Their are plenty others to buy out there.
