I think it is only a newer model . These glasses go with 3D bravia tv's . That's my personal opinion . Have a look on www.sony.co.uk/accessories and I'm sure you will find the right answer . Type in the compatibility box your tv model and you'll find your answer. Hope this helps

How long do these glasses take to charge

Whilst starting up 3D glasses in low battery, working indicator is blue and blinks for 5 seconds. During charging working indicator is always red until charging is finished. From flat to full charge is about 2 hours.

Would you know if they are compatible with Samsung LED 3D TV's?

No they are not. Only with SONY 3D TV's!
