I bought one of these to investigate under some floorboards, and found it to be utterly useless.Other reviews have said that this works for Mac OS, but this didn't work for me, so perhaps the camera has changed since the other reviews?I found a Windows laptop to try it out on, and even in a brightly lit room the image was very dark, and the "Super Bright LED lights" simply are not bright enough.

The price made me sceptical. Would this be very poor quality or would it even work?It comes in a nice little storage tin.No need to load the drivers, worked first time, plug and play with my laptop. It comes up as an external Webcam.Worked fine with the generic PC webcam software that was preloaded with the laptop, so I had no need for the software that comes with it.I needed this to track the source of a bad smell under the floorboards. Managed to squeeze it between a gap around the toilet soil pipe and the floor tiles.Picture quality isn't brilliant, but I knew that. Was good enough to see that that area was OK.I'll drill some more holes at the weekend. If it proves there is not a leak then it's saved me a fortune ripping up a tiled floor.Order the cable rods (silverline) to have a chance of guiding the camera where you need to.

Arrived quickly and works as described. Also works on a MacBook Pro - using photobooth (USB camera) without issue. Buy with confidence.

Amazed at how cheap this was !Having just fitted a low level shower and u-bend, I wanted to do a final check for leaks and drips etc.This did the job in 10 minutes, connected to my lap top, a task which would otherwise would have been difficult if not impossible.Good quality image and very bright built in light.

Bought this to look for an oil leak down the back of my car engine. At this price I thought"Why not risk it". Super wee device. I use it on my Galazy S4 using a free app called Camerafi. Will work if connected directly via a micro usb to usb cable although the picture is a bit jerky. Works best through my Smart Reader (a combined micto usb to usb adapter / card reader). Smooth video and good picture quality.well worth the money.

Worked straight out the box with Windows 10 and Camera, but loses a * as the button on the wire doesn't trigger taking an image or start/stop video recording.Best focus is around 5cm. LED brightness controlled by wheel, not s/w.Bought to find plastic clips that had fallen into a panel in the car, head is very slim so can be worked into nooks and crannies.Never had a need to try under water.

Did its job and may do more. I got this to look inside my ears before I went to my GP. I do have ear problems. This has proved a very useful tool for that job. I was able to see my eardrums moving to my breathing. So no obstructions. Good job and GOOD valued tool. Might use it to view birds in my loft space, Perhaps.

I bought a similar product to work on my android (Samsung) and it didn't. I spent best part of 3 hrs trying but the software was hopeless and theconnection was obviously faulty. That cost me 16 quid .So I returned it and bought this little gem. Wow, so easy to activate.The only problem, which I knew, is it doesn't connect to a phone of any description but easily to computer or laptop.The image isn't great but for the price or even 5x the price, it is fine.Highly recommend.
