auto warm function is great, the kettle is fairly well insulated, the heating function retains its position even after removing the kettle and replacing it on the heating base, unlike other kettle where we have to reposition the heating switch every time we remove and place back the kettle on the base. looks premium: inside-out. the only negative is, it is likely to get visible scratch.

it maybe a good product, i have not used it, point to note is it needs a 16amp plug point (big) which is uncommon for normal kitchen appliances .. in my home i have only one which is used for refrigerator

Must have kettle for winters, very efficient and fast. Slightly bigger in size and outer part is plastic so carefully use it.

Philips the best no negative comments and the product is durable and has keep warm function good.. and love the auto cutoff function to stop over heating.. and heats fast

First of all the plug is big ...it could be highly possible that you might not find such big sockets at home or anywhere you travel...Result had to get a convertor as soon as got productSecond shortcoming is the wall is not steel inside ...while it could be a better heat resistant plastic assuming it's from Phillips but it should have been steel and most importantly where that stainless steel 304 or whatever is applied on wall is nowhere to be seen except the baseThird issue...the wall gets heated.not sure how many people review that it's not hot while boiling but that's totally false, it heats from outside especially near base it gets significantly hot and that heating is also mentioned in the paper work provided..so it's not cool outside as mentioned in description as well as by other reviewFourth shortcoming...cord length is short...so I won't recommend the product if travelling because you never know where the socket would beAll in all no way worth the price and Philips has significantly broken trust with their kettle.
