I think not. It's just to support a car tire. I think a motorcycle would tip unless you were able to strap it to the base after you got the width of the tire.

What is the function of the padel? It is not raising any part of the dolly! Does the width an be adjusted?

With the lever flipped to the raise position, you step on the pedal to rachet the rollers closer together. With a few cycles, it raises the tire off the ground. To lower, you flip the lever the other direction and use the pedal to spread the rollers and lower the tire.
