Awesome for day to day use

This product is value for money and is the best air fryer in the price range. It has been almost 1 year since I purchased it.A few days ago it was not working, the company did not repair it and sent a new product, the fault was there and the voltage in my house reached 300 volts, overall best product, I felt good about the service also

Some items are missing
The product is good. In the packet I receive only airfryir & a silicon basket but a oil brush & a silicon turner is missing. What is the reason behind this attitude of the company as they declared the same will be included in the box.
