Excellent product
Upon putting this mask on my hair it was immediately evident that it was going to work. I have dry brittle hair which I’ve been literally nursing back to health. The mask as a pleasant smell. I left it in for about 7 minutes. It left my hair soft and easy to comb through. Texture stayed the same after I blow dried and flat iron. I’m saying this because I have tried other products that appear to work while my hair is wet but once I start to blow dry and style, it looks like straw again. Note that my hair is relaxed and at this point I have significant growth since I’m trying to diminish harsh processes. So for those transitioning, this would be a great addition to your hair routine.

For my fine dry hair it works pretty well. It doesn’t weigh down my hair or leave a weird greasy film over my hair and makes my hair soft and moisturized. I bought this twice.

Need to use with oil
Good, just make sure to use baby oil before, not only for better absorption but also it feels like glue if you use it by itself.

Great smell, but no hair improvement
This smelled great, but didn’t do anything special. The coconut scent hooked me when I purchased it. When I used it, I did let it sit for a good time before rinsing. It made my hair soft in the shower, but in terms of performance, it didn’t do anything to smooth, or repair. Other hair masks at this price point perform a lot better with visible results. In fact I’ve used regular drugstore conditioner that performed better too. Would not repurchase.
