Packaged well and delivered quickly. Easy to swallow. Not had them long enough to see results yet but hopefully they will help with autoimmune condition

Not sure on dosage
These seem good but I’m not sure which dosage I should take, says take 1 a day in the description but further down says take two a day and also says two a day on the back of the package, I have been taking two but noticed I’m getting headaches that last all day that won’t budge even with painkillers, not sure if this is due to these but I’ve not done anything different…. I do feel my mood in general is happier though so maybe I’ll go down to one a day and see if that helps with the headaches

Slip down easily
Quite easy to swallow and seems good quality not sure how effective on my health yet as I haven’t taken them long enough.

Possibly not the strength advertised
I've been taking 10,000iu of D3 and 200mcg of K2 for a couple of years now and it has completely transformed my life. I have had the energy levels I had when I was in my 30s (now approaching 60). Recently my supply was running out so I thought I'd give this brand a try. After 2 weeks of taking these I am tired all the time and feeling miserable and without motivation. I highly doubt they are the strength advertised and have re-ordered my old brand. It's different for everyone, but for me these are no good so I advise customers to think carefully before switching brands, if what you take already works - stick with it. Cheaper products are not always worth it.
