Item has something that shakes in there. Not sure what is causing it. Other than that it holds items as hot as it was placed in. Impressive in that regard. Love the cup itself and matches perfectly with my Lexus 😁

Really nice shop delivered. When first mug arrived with flip top chipped from shipping, I asked for a replacement top. Instead they shipped a whole new mug and top packaged really well.

It's a very attractive mug, but the design allows moisture into the casing, which frankly is gross. I followed all the special care instructions to the letter.
