What is the inner diameter of the center/axle hole.

I assume you are referring to the actual axle on the sturmey AW3 hub, not the cog as shown. The only reason the axle is hollow is to allow the shift spindle to be screwed in, and that part is universal. My point- I don't know, and there's no reason to worry bout it. If you mean the inner diameter of the actual cog shown, same thing. it's universal and fits all sturmey hubs. Fugedaboutit.

Will this fit a 1952 sa 3 speed (aw) hub?

It fit on a 1961 and 1972 SA AW 3 speed.The chain will need to be longer.

Can this go on non-coaster brake bike?

Yes; I bought one for a non-coaster brake bike (but it's true that coaster brake bikes have 1/8" chain and cogs).
