low quality plastic face mask and missing bonus eye pad
Missing the bonus eye pad, the face mask itself is low quality, I don't think it can survive in the microwave due to the cheap material, sending it back, wasted my time.

Cheaply made, straps too short
The plastic straps are several inches too short to reach around head. If you put this in the freezer, it will be way too cold against the skin to wear for more than about 10 seconds. It really could benefit from felt on one side, for cooling therapy without the frostbite. Returning.

Not for big heads. The Velcro would not wrap around my large dome.
