Trucozie Lightweight Stick Vacuum with 45mins Runtime, Black&Gold

Updated December 2024: The seller contacted me through Amazon and offered to send me a new vacuum or a full refund. I chose another vacuum because I really liked the ease of a cordless vacuum and when it worked, it was great. It's now been 6 full months and the replacement is working great. I'm very happy with the vacuum and the customer service. July 2024: The biggest issue is there is no way to contact the seller for the 12-month protection plan and 24/7 service that is listed on the item details. I can't find any contact info and the company website has none, nor does the seller page on Amazon. I bought this vacuum plus an extra battery so that I would always have one charged up to go. The vacuum starting acting weird a few weeks ago. While it was on, the motor would rev up and down and sometimes the battery that was fully charged would just die immediately. It would still work now and then so I thought maybe it was a charging issue so I made sure the charger was on its own dedicated outlet. But today the vacuum just died, even though it shows full battery when you press the power button, but the motor won't turn on at all. I've only had it for a month and a half, but the return/replace window has passed. I'm bummed because while it worked, it was good - suction, weight, tools it came with... But it was not worth it to last just a month.

I purchased this primarily for my vehicle. With 4 kids, your car can become dirty quickly, if you know, you know. We also have a gravel driveway and dogs so that doesn't help any. Anyway, I purchase this for $109, it's lightweight and I'm 5' 4" and it's a comfortable height for me to use. My 6 & 7 year old children gave it a go and could handle it easy. I charged it for 3.5 hours before use. As you can see in the video, the suction is okay, but not great. It's what I would call a surface cleaner vacuum. It cleans enough that some might say, it's clean, but if you take a closer look, there's still quite a bit of crumbs, hair, dirt missed. Even with that, it takes several passes to achieve that final look. I can vacuum my entire van out with better results in 4 minutes with my shop vac that was $49 at lowes vs 25 minutes with this $109 vacuum and just have a surface clean. Also, the battery is an absolute joke! It only lasted the 25 minutes. I was hoping to keep this in my car, but the low quality battery I would be bringing it in and out all the time to charge it. I couldn't imagine trying to vacuum a house with it. Initially in the video I said I would give it 3 stars, but the more I vacuumed the less I was impressed. Maybe I got a lemon? I just simply cannot see how this vacuum has so many raving reviews. I will be going back to my $49 shop vac.

So far I am very pleased with this cordless vac after receiving it last week and using it a few times. In fact, I'm wondering why I didn't get this years ago. The packaging was great. I've used the cordless vac on my area rugs, bare wood floor, and linoleum tile floor and it's picked debris up fairly well, sometimes I have to go over areas a few times in order to pick up debris. The light for the vacuum helps show me where to focus on cleaning. My family has long hair & I've already had to remove the roller bar to remove hair, which was easy. I've used this as a hand vac to clean our basement stairway, hard to reach places, and our vehicle floor, and it worked fairly well for all these things. I like the size, the weight & ease of use, and the ease in which you can change out the different pieces for different cleaning jobs. The video posted on the Amazon website helped me make the decision to chose this particular one and, so far, I'm glad I did. UPDATE after a couple of uses: The power level options seem fairly good but overall, I think the power is one thing that needs to be improved. I would give the design, options, & packaging 5 stars but the power a 3.5 because it needs to be stronger & more powerful in this area.

This item does well on hardwood floors or low carpets. Very well built, but not a long run time, so have to allow for that. Picks up well as I have long hair and 3 cats. Happy with item and would recommend, however, one of the attachements is broken and I'm having trouble making a warranty claim or getting a response from Trucozie. I activated the warranty and have been emailing since 3/3/26. I think the attachment fell from the rack and broke the button that snaps it in place. It's still a well made product, expecially for the price. Hoping I can replace the attachment

I love this little thing! I vacuum dang near everything since I bought this. My stairs, couch, rugs, carpet, etc. Light enough to take anywhere and I use it to replace sweeping the hardwood sometimes. Works on short dog fur and long human hair. Not too loud for me. Don’t be like me- you can adjust the height so it hurts your back less! Really easy to clean and replace the filter. I wish it was a bit more disassembly friendly, but I can remove what I need to. Charger/battery does get a bit hot, so I try to only do an hour at a time. Would buy it again!

Ordered in March 2025, way passed my return window but it had been working great 👍🏼 until last month. It started acting weird a few weeks ago. While it was on it would sound as if the motor was loosing power but battery had just been fully charged. It would still work now and then so I thought maybe it was a charging issue so I made sure the charger was plugged in its own. The vacuum shows to have a full battery when you press the power button, but the vacuum won't turn on. I'm super sad because while it worked, it was great. The weight super light and the suction was great. Picks up dirt and super easy to clean. Having this vacuum Especially after having surgery was a great tool to have. So sad mine has stopped working. Actually even my husband and son are bummed it stopped working.

I would like to review this product in a very serious manner. The pictures say it all. Now, I would like to start that my 6 year old loves all electronic things. Remote controls, games, computers, etc. If it plugs in, it’s game on. So even though he is 6, I must preface the boy is 75 pounds. It’s clear this vacuum is light weight even for a little giant. With all the attachments it is ideal for everything from cleaning the dining room table after a slammin nuggy meal or a robust mac and cheese. Made a mess of your walls? No problem this little jawn is sucking the dust right off… Ceiling is a mess? Use the go go gadget extender feature and a 53 inch man can reach the 10’ spot. I know, say no more…but let me excite you with the quick charge and long run time that can keep your man busy for a long time…like that’s an eternity for a parent trying to do another errand while the little one is assisting cleaning and having a blast. That’s a win-win as I like to call it. Get it on sale and you can reward the dude with a Lego set for all his hard work. That will keep him and his dad busy after a long day of vacuuming sidewalk cracks and all the places between! -Signed: Master sucker and his apprentice. (Mom approved, I think)

Overall, I really do like this vacuum. But I’m only giving it 3 stars because the battery is literal garbage. I followed all of the directions in the packaging for charging the battery when I first opened the box- charged it for roughly 2.5-3 hours until it had 100% charge, and took it off the charger almost immediately after it reached 100% charge. From the very first time I used it, to now probably 10 times of using it after a FULL charge, the vacuum starts losing power after almost exactly 2 minutes of LOWEST suction power. The power bars all remain (saying it’s still fully charged), but you can hear and see that it starts losing significant suction power at 2 minutes. And then it’s down to almost no suction by 3.5 minutes. Again, this is on the LOWEST suction power. See my video for an example (I took a screen recording and fast forwarded through a lot of it because nobody wants to watch a 3.5 min video of me vacuuming). If they could fix this problem, I’d be keeping this vacuum because I like everything else about it. It’s lightweight, works well (when it isn’t dying after 3 mins), and all the features are very convenient. Also note that it does NOT stand up on its own and is very hard to stand up at all. Since it bends in all directions, you can’t just lean it against a wall. You need it to be supported by at least 2 sides. Which is annoying, but not a deal breaker.

AMAZING vaccuum that easily cleans up my entire house, from carpets to wooden floors. Comes with many different vacuum ends but I end up using the main one. The cordless aspect makes it very easy to bring around the house and get in hard to reach areas. The vaccuum is also extremely light which makes using it a breeze! Very happy!

I was very excited when I first bought this vacuum because it worked well during the first month. However, after that it completely stopped working for no reason. I tried charging it, cleaning the filters, and checking all the parts, but nothing helped. The suction is now extremely weak and the machine turns off by itself. What is even more frustrating is that Amazon does not give me the option to return it anymore, even though a product should last much longer than one month. For the price, the quality is extremely poor. I do not recommend this vacuum at all. Very disappointing experience.

I’ve had this vacuum for a few months now and overall it does a great job. The suction is strong and it really picks up dirt from carpets and hard floors. It’s lightweight and easy to move around the house. The one downside is that it tends to get clogged with pet hair pretty often. I have cats that shed a lot so I have to stop and clear it out more than I’d like. If you don’t have heavy shedders it might not be an issue. For the price and performance I still think it’s worth it, but just be prepared for a little extra maintenance if you have pets.

I have arthritis in my back, and I can use this vacuum. With the 2 power levels it is easy to work and I am able to get dust and at litter up with ease. The changing of the implements is quick and easy making getting the small areas done with ease.
