had blocked sinuses for a month now and not much was helping. I'm so glad i got this. the pot is nice and smooth and light, and the spout is a very good size for the nostrils.the salt sachets provided were not very good and barely a quarter teaspoon. i used my own ingredients to make the rinse instead.very happy with the price and quality.
