This meal powder has a nice taste and blended very easily, the flavor was nice and chocolatey and it seemed to satisfy me for hours. I use this for my lunch on busy days, it is very convenient and takes no time to mix and drink. I have tried several of these meal powders and would recommend this one for others to purchase.

I would have given it 4 stars because the taste is mild if you make it into a shake, but after trying another brand. this is the best one. it sets up as pudding, it taste pretty good and we are reording it.

I first used this brand on a doctor-supervised weight loss program. It was good for a quick breakfast or even lunch. Years later, I looked for it again because it's super convenient and tastes pretty to me. I always only get chocolate, so I have no opinion on other flavors. I like thick smoothies, but sometimes they are too much of a hassle. You have to get out all of the ingredients and get the blender dirty. That's where this comes in. I mix mine with ice cold water in a shaker bottle, no electricity needed. It has the consistency of chocolate milk, but not as smooth. One serving keeps me satisfied for about 4 hours, give or take. I'm pretty sure if you mixed it in a blender with some almond milk (my personal fav) it would be nice and creamy. It has a decent amount of protein per serving. Of course, more protein would be better. At a little over $2 per serving, I feel it's a good value. I definitely feel like it's a better choice than slim-fast, muscle milk and all the others. Too much bad stuff in those. I'll stick with these.

I used to drink the packets of pro-cal which was fantastic. Then they came out with a great big one, and it does not taste the same Actually, they’re terrible. I don’t know why they changed it when the other was so good. I wish they would bring back the packets. I have breakfast protein powder many times. I don’t know what they did to it but it definitely does not taste the same and I would not buy it again it’s horrible. The packets were fantastic but they stop making those. Then I bought the powder and the first couple were great and the last one I bought was so awful. It does not taste the same. What did you do to your protein powder mix. I would try another one.

They changed the vanilla flavor and color its not as good as it was when it came in pouches. The old vanilla color was white and this new one is yellow and thicker I wish the old vanilla flavor would return it tasted better and felt better on my stomach.

Used this product several years ago and lost a lot of weight. Gonna give it another shot

The chocolate drinks are delicious. I follow package directions for a protein drink and then [personally] like to add three small ice cubes, a handful of blueberries, and a pinch of cinnamon and chili powder before blending all together in a Ninja. On occasion, when I feel like I need ‘desert’ I’ll make a pudding [again] following package directions. Having shared that, Amazon packed in a paper package so the boxes were squished and open when delivered. Amazon should consider mailing in a box to ensure the contents of the shakes do not break open during shipping.
