Works exactly how it states. You must use the tool to scour the wall first. Then spray generously to wall. I waited about 45 minutes for it to penetrate. It scraped right off. It's a bit messy with pieces of wet paper falling all around but in the end it works. Clean up is easy too!

Not worth the money, time, or effort. I had one small wall that needed wallpaper removed. I used this gel product in hopes that it would saturate the wallpaper and make it easy to remove in this small area and not drip on our floor. I followed the directions precisely. I scored the paper, saturated it, then let it sit for 20 minutes. The solution didn’t loosen the paper at all. I had to meticulously peel the top vinyl layer off. Then I had to re-spray the bottom layer. The gel dripped onto the floor. The product barely loosened the paper layer and as I used a plastic putty knife to lift it I noticed the gel had softened and lifted the latex paint on the wall. In some areas the wall’s texture pulled off. What a mess. I ran out of spray before completing the last third of the wall. So, I used plain hot water in a spray bottle. It worked wonderfully! The paper came off completely and with no damage to the paint, texture or wall. Save your money and avoid using this product.

This is the best wallpaper remover I’ve used so far. The previous owner of our house seemed to have used tons of glue to apply the wallpaper. I had tried soapy warm water and a steam cleaner before using this product and they worked, but it took forever. Here’s my recommended way to remove wallpaper with this spray: Use a scoring tool to punch small holes, then wet the wallpaper with plain water using a sponge. Remove the first layer of the wallpaper. Next, spray this product generously, make sure to cover the entire area, almost like you’re marinating it. Leave it for about 15 minutes, then peel off the wallpaper. Use this product one more time if some part of wallpaper remains on a wall. I didn’t use a scraper since our walls have texture and I didn’t want to damage them. I used four bottles of this to remove the wallpaper in our bedroom.

Doesn't work well. Might as well just use a heat gun or sand off the wall paper.

I've tried different brands and can honestly say this works the best as long as you follow the directions.

The wall paper removal fluid was so crazy good. Used it on 20 year old wallpaper and came off so easy, glue just scraped off and a quick clean up got residuals off, would definitely recommend and buy again.
