The build quality is pretty good. It took me about 8- 8-10 hours with only one person to put this together. The longest part was the first couple steps because you really need two people for the first couple of steps. It looks great! It is not 97 pounds. I can actually lift the thing by myself. It also gives you stakes that you can attach to the bottom frame to nail into the grass if need be. I am on a concrete patio so I don’t need it. Big Positive All of the holes were cut exactly down the measurement within millimeters. I was very surprised by how well geometrically everything fit together. With that said the last step by putting on the doors were a bit crooked, but I was easily able to manipulate it to make it work. It looks very waterproof, but I am on a covered patio so I don’t need that for the future. There is a clear film over the entire surfaces of each piece. I imagine the heat shrinked for the case of shipping, however, it’s nearly impossible to remove without a lot of frustration. I just left it on there because it provides more waterproofing so to speak. But after a while, it will peel kind of like after a really bad sunburn. All and off a very good shed just took a while to set up and I would definitely say you need two people to start off. Directions could’ve been a bit clearer and step 12-17 when beginning to put on the roof. Especially for peace, L, M1, M2, M3, M4 pieces Q1 as you have to go through multiple pieces of sheet metal with one screw. In the case of going through multiple pieces of sheet metal it would’ve been nice to have a longer or different type of screw. Either way it’s all together and I do like the screw caps as well to prevent rusting as well as protecting your hands from getting scratched. I got Amazon basic shelves to put inside and I also got a piece of 1 inch plywood to put on the bottom to make a flat surface. Just go to Lowe’s to get a piece of plywood. All and all good purchase for roughly about $150. I would just include a floor next time.

Great looking shed, seems sturdy once assembled
I purchased the 10 x 12' shed March 2025 and really like it. It was very time consuming to put together but all the pre-drilled holes lined up perfectly. The entire building is sturdy once assembled and it has already withstood a heavy wind storm. The pros: (1) overall design with woodgrain panels and charcoal black trim, (2) size of door opening and height of building with its moderately pitched roof, (3) precision of pre-dilled holes. Cons: (1) peeling the plastic wrap from all the panels and trim pieces, (2) lack of written assembly instructions. My overall opinion is that the building may seem flimsy until it is fully assembled but once assembled it should last many years. I had 3 friends help and it did take about 3 afternoons to complete due to the lack of written instructions and vague diagrams. If you take your time, have a couple of extra hands to help and make sure the base frame is level before continuing the assembly, you should have no trouble. And, do not attempt to assemble it if there is the slightest amount of wind. The panels are flimsy until all the screws are fastened to the frame.

Cheaply made but pretty decent overall
Deffinetly cheaply made, the bottom frame immediately started to bend upwards as the screws were put in. Not all the holes would line up so i would Deffinetly recommend having a screw gun handy to force the screws in when they dont line up. Pretty time consuming to assemble Theres over 300 screws. The directions werent terrible but sometimes its hard to tell what orientation the parts go in. Overall for the money id say its worth it however there is alot of gaps so i spray foamed them. Well see how it holds up in the long run and i will update my review

Very nice - But you need to know a few things
Instructions can use some improvements and are somewhat confusing at times. Instructions say to not construct on a windy day. But a very light breeze can also be a problem. The building is very unstable at first because you have to do all the corners and they are standing with very little support. A light breeze of any kind can blow it over. Be sure to plan on finishing all sides if you don't have the time to also do the roof that day (It takes longer to construct than what it says for sure). That can be a stopping point if no wind is expected. Instructions say that you need 3-4 ppl to construct. However, my husband and I did it with just the two of us. Some parts were tricky, but it can be done. The pieces come with a thin film on them. We did not notice it at first. This has to be removed, and it takes a LOT of time to do so. The windows can be placed on any side which is nice. Once the roof is on and everything is secured together it is actually nice and sturdy. We built ours on timbers, so we can secure it to something. Don't want it to blow away. Overall, this is a really nice building for the money. The savings comes from putting it together yourself, which is not the simplest task. The look of the building is very nice. We will be adding some additional framing on the inside, because it's not very strong to be leaning anything against the inside walls. We would definitely buy this again and may actually do so for another area. You can't beat the price, and it looks good!

Complicated assembly
The only person who did their job here was the packaging engineer. Whole kit comes in 3 separate boxes - you have to open all 3 at the start to find the parts you need. You would hope that the base has all peices in parts in box 1 and you can systematically work - nope. 2-4 labor hours in organizing parts. 20+ labor hours in peeling every part that is wrapped in the worlds crappiest protective wrap. Once you get that done, good luck with the directions - directions on base section were wrong and you have to note the orientation of certain parts from the picture shown bc they do not note how it should be placed. But you’ll figure that out 4 steps later when you have to disassemble parts because they dont line up right. 30+ labor hours on assembly. My wood shed took less time to build I would have given this 1 star but I will say the completed product is decent. I just wouldn’t wish the assembly of it on my worst enemy

Good Looking Shed : a Bit Fiddly To Assemble
Well what can I say? The package arrived on time and in good shape. All the components were there, in fact I have lots of leftover screws etc. which is a good thing as the amount of times I dropped them I was surprised I didn't lose some!. I built the shed over a few days as I built it on my own in the Texas heat and I am an old fart (67)! It was a challenge trying to do that, but it is possible. (but not recommended). I would recommend buying a box of Band-Aids too! Using the supplied cutting gloves if fine but you can't get the screws in whilst wearing them. I went though seven Band-Aids. I do recommend using vice grips to hold the panels in places, otherwise you will be frustrated. Take care to make sure that you look closely at the instructions (which aren't too clear) to ensure that you have panels he right way around. Don't rush. Once it is built it is a pretty sturdy shed and looks good. I only needed to use the included drill bit once. My one wish would be that they make the holes slightly bigger for the self tapping screws as they are very tight and usings a power drill only served to almost strip the head of the screws. All in all it is a good product for the money.

Turned out very nice!
Overall we are happy with this shed, it’s a great value for the price. I like that it is taller than most metal sheds which makes it look more expensive. Luckily all the parts arrived without damage unlike a lot of other customers stated in their reviews. Some pieces got dented during assembly since they are very thin pieces of metal. I was on the fence about ordering it because of the mixed reviews. We had a lot of the same experiences, the directions weren’t very good, some pieces were mislabeled and a lot of the screw holes didn’t line up. But you’re not paying for the Taj Mahal of sheds, so just roll with it. Handyman experience is definitely helpful but not necessary. We didn’t bother peeling off the plastic, we can peel it off over time, but if it bothers you, set aside a few hours for peeling. Took two people 4 hours to build the foundation, and around 6 hours to put together the shed. You’ll need a drill and ladder and lots of patience. We sealed gaps with silicone and flex seal, it hasn’t rained yet so I can’t speak for the water resistance. We are glad we chose this shed over others.

Good value but directions aren't very clear.
After researching multiple sheds, I decide on this one for the amount of storage space it offered. It arrived a week earlier than expected which was great. Due to the weather, we had to wait 2 weeks to assemble. My son assisted me in assembly We both have a good deal of experience in bulding things. So we thought this will be easy 5 hours tops. But it took us about 8 hours due to the poor directions. It took a good hour to unbox and sort the parts. It goes together fairly easy with a few hiccups. First the directions0 need to be made clearer in a few parts. Especially when assembling the roof peaks. The diagrams are not very clear as to the order on parts f5,f6, s6. Due to this we had to take a couple of things apart and reassemble. Once assembled we measured it and it is not 10'×12' as advertised. It is closer to 9' 4" x11' 5". It is sturdy once assembled. While assembling, I was questioning whether it would be sturdy. Overall I think it is a good buy, but needs some improvement on the directions. I'm marking it a 3 due to not being true to size and directions.
