Two numbers had holes and leaked out the helium. Wasted $7.99 for each balloon to fill up. Very disappointed with this item. It's cheaper to get them at Party City, at least you know you can return them or get new balloons of there are leaks!

Although our product was damaged and we could not use it - I have to give LeTime 5 stars for customer service. They refunded our $ - with no hassle and they followed up to be sure we could see the refund in our account. The product had a defect but it was exactly as shown - the price was great and the customer service was amazing. Although things did not go perfectly, I would use this company again - for sure!

Bought for graduation and aired up the day of and the 9 had a huge slit in it on the seam so I couldn’t use any of the numbers. Super disappointed

One of the balloons had a hole in it when arrived. didn't realize until we took it to get all them filled up. we had to buy one from where we took the balloons to get filled up. other then that they were a good turn out!
