These are strong/bright blacklights. One of them will light up a room pretty well and they do a better job than the florescent black light bulbs do. I'll likely buy more of these.

Basic IP66 UV floodlight, but 80 Watts is VERY bright, and the light also gets rather warm. There is a switch in the AC cord, and the unit has a mounting bracket that also can be a stand. I agree with their marketing that these lights do a very good job of making fluorescent materials fluoresce... I'm not sure if that is because of their special lens, or just because of the 80 watts of power. We plan on using these for our Halloween display, and from our testing I agree that this will light up a large area well. We have multiple 10ft by 10ft areas where we place skeletons and such, and for each 'area' it only takes one light to make everything in that 10ft by 10ft area light up bright. So this is exactly the light we need for our Halloween display. YOU DO NOT WANT TO LOOK DIRECTLY INTO THESE LIGHTS. They are bright, and can do damage to your eyes, even with brief exposure. So please if you use them for a party, or for Halloween decorations, make sure that your guests do not have direct exposure to them. The price is about what you expect for UV LED lights. The quality is very good. The IP66 rating should mean they will be protected from most normal rain and weather. Overall, I recommend these lights. I hope this review helps you decide if these lights are right for your needs.

I got this 2 pack of UV lights to put outside, on the roof of our farmer's porch, aimed toward the 2nd floor of the house. The roof is 40ft long, and the lights were mounted 20ft apart. WOW ! These lights give the entire front of the house an eerie glow, the house being white, and my wife, and daughter are out today buying white sheets to make "Halloween ghosts" to make yet more decorations. These lights are IP66 rated which means they are safe to use in wet weather, and I can attest this is accurate, as the rain started while I was still putting them up. I did wrap the on/off switch, which is on the power cord, with plastic since I was wary of it getting wet, but I can say everything was fine. It rained all night, and the lights were on the entire time. They throw a considerable amount of heat, which is normal for UV lights, but outside it's no issue. It's no problem inside either from my experience, since the entire casing is a heat sink and will dissipate the heat safely. These throw a tremendous amount of light, and are perfect for outdoor use. A 2 pack for this price is a great deal !

These LED black lights are the real-deal, and INTENSE!! I wish we had these when I was younger and growing up... We just had the little "bulbs" that we'd get at a certain novelty store in the middle of the mall that had all kinds of black light posters back in the day... :-) The thing I like most about these LED Lights is the INTENSITY from the large number of LED beads on these head units... I also like the fact the cord is REALLY long (over 6 ft) and weatherproof (so they can be plugged in outside.) The other thing that's nice that I didn't initially realize, is these come in pairs... I was only expecting to find one in the box, so the fact there was a second one in the box was like finding an extra Easter egg… These are really nice LEG black lights, and being that time of the year, I'm about to put them to good use outside for my Halloween decorations... I would recommend these to anyone looking for a practical option for LED black lights. These have exceeded my expectations.

We offer blacklight glow parties at my studio, so I ordered these to use for that purpose. They aren't as bright as I had hoped, but they definitely did the trick. They are so simple to use, just plug in and turn on. and they stand on the floor on their own so you don't have to prop them up or secure them to anything. Overall would recommend.

Black Lights have sure come a long way since the tubes I had when I was young. This is a nice set of twin LED Black Lights and they have an on/off switch built into the cord so that you don't have to keep plugging and unplugging them. When operating they get warm to the touch but not hot enough to burn someone. They have a built in bracket you can use for a stand or to wall mount them. Unfortunately I can't find my old black light posters to show you how this light would make them glow but I did see a lot of stains I need to clean up. This light not only works for posters and glow paint but with will show you dried spills, animal urine stains and other yucky stuff on floors and walls so you will probably do some cleaning the first time you use it.. I got this two light set so my grandson can use one in his room and I will use the other to light up my Halloween decor and to ensure my home is clean. They work well and should last for many Halloweens to come.

These lit up a fairly large area outdoors for multiple eeks, in lots of eather conditions, just great. I used these for my Halloween decorating and as not let down at all. The intensity and spread these lights each put off is fantastic for getting an entire area glowing. They're bright enough that I highly recommend you afix them in a way to not hit anyone directly in the eyes while thy're on. Great light for the cost in my opinion.
