Good: this is nice parchment paper; the size works great for most of the purposes we use it for - it's not so wide that you have to fold it up like some parchment paper; it's on a nice, heavy cardboard rollBad: the flaps are stuck down with some heavy duty adhesive - I just about tore them getting it open; the tabs on the ends of the box that you are supposed to push in to hold the roll are totally the wrong size for the roll :(

This paper does work well. Additionally, the cutter is decent, which makes it easy to use. I did use this for biscuits, and I expected a grease stain under each biscuit. However, this paper is quite thin, and it could not absorb all the grease, so it spread out over almost all the parchment and through to the cookie sheet below. As a result, it was not quite as non-stick as expected, although this has only happened with biscuits so far; non-greasy food works as expected.

I use parchment paper a lot for baking, especially roasting chickpeas, and vegetables. This roll of parchment paper is 16.6 feet longer than the roll which I normally get at the grocery store and it costs 50 cents more, so it is right in line with what I usually buy.It has a very smooth surface and after being in the oven at a temperature of 425F for just over 2 hours, it performed better than my usual parchment paper, there were no extra brown, crispy, flaky bits of the paper on the edges. In the first picture is a batch chickpeas before they went in the oven and then that same batch when they were done roasting, the paper held up very well.I also like that this box has a serrated metal tearing strip, it makes tearing a straight line of the parchment paper much easier. It is also nice that it is unbleached and has FSC forest management certification. It doesn't list any of the ingredients of the product (what makes the nonstick surface?), but then, other parchment papers don't either and at least this one seems to be trying to be more "green" than others, so hopefully it can't be too bad!

I always use foil for baking etc to protect my pans but recently it was suggested to me by someone to use parchment paper instead, so I decided to order this product and try it. So far, I am super happy I did. I like that it's nonstick already so I don't have to spray my pan with oil or nonstick spray or anything. It feels healthier to use this parchment paper over foil and spray as well, so I feel better about using it than the methods I was using before. The size I got is kind of wide for the pan I have, but it's super easy to cut to the size I need with scissors, they glide all nice and smooth through it like wrapping paper, very satisfying lol. It's a huge roll, so I find the current price of $9 a good deal. I have zero complaints so far, and it's worked great for me, so I definitely recommend it to others and I would also consider ordering it again.

This parchment paper is great for the oven with temps as high as 450 F. The paper is good quality, and they give you a lot. My only complaint is its larger than standard rolls of aluminum foil or plastic wrap, so it won't fit into a standard dispenser as seen in the picture. Otherwise, it's a good product.
