I liked the solid quality of this frame. It is very beautiful too! It had heavy duty D-rings and screws for wiring the back of the frame, which was a nice addition. I did buy some brackets separately to attach my canvas painting to the frame. It all worked very nicely together! The only thing I wish it might come with would be some instructions as to where to install the D-rings - but I figured it out pretty easily. That is kind of a personal decision. It was a great value for the money! A LOT cheaper to use this than to purchase from a local framer - although there are benefits to using a local framer at times.

My friend and neighbor, Amy Rikhoff, painted this little abstract for me. I just love my little painting from this well known artist. We were neighbors in the French Quarter until she moved to NC and has a gallery there now. I've been doing my own framing for years, but I've been very ill and have been searching online for just the right frame, and I found it. In New Orleans we tend to veer on the gaudy side, over the top is part of the culture lol. This frame was one I always went back to. It's classy, wide enough, the perfect gold shade and the little blue in the frame matches the blue in Amy's painting. So I bought it for my birthday - it actually arrived on my birthday. I thought I'd taken a pic of the packaging but I'll tell you it's bombproof. The spray foam that fits to the shape of the frame. I like it so much I'm getting ready to upgrade my paintings with these lovely, well made frames. ☺

Ok so I obviously like this frame as is reflected by my 5 star rating. But there are some issues. The reason those issues don’t lower my rating is bc the sellers are upfront with everything and you know what you’re getting. It is just the frame and the hanging hardware (d rings w/screws). The hardware was included and screwed in easily. My canvas was thinner than the depth of the opening so I was able to just get some black foam board cut to fit snugly and that secured the painting. Then I added the wire for hanging. So besides the art I needed two additional items to make this work. Again I knew this when making the purchase but I don’t love it. I wish they could figure out a way to include everything and just charge a little more. I get that some canvases may be deeper than the frame and require specific hardware to secure it. But maybe at least included the wire for hanging. I happen to already have it but I just prefer an all inclusive item. So will all that being said, frame is very nice, reasonably priced and exactly as advertised. Just know that it will require additional items to complete.

The frame itself is beautiful and great quality. However, shipping is horrible. I have returned these twice with hopes to get a non damaged frame. They throw these frames in a overly large cardboard box with only 1 corner protector inside a thin plastic bag. No bubble wrap, nothing protecting the frame from getting damaged. Not even a fragile sign on the box. So the delivery person just aggressively handles the box. There is absolutely no point buying these beautiful frames if they just keep being delivered damaged. Very disappointed

This is a very nice frame. It actually looks more expensive than it was. I took off one star because it did have a few light scratches, but not enough for me to return it. Be aware that you have to put your own screws and wiring in to hang it, and of course, there is no glass. Iused it for a small canvas painting, and it really did wonders for the picture. Overall, I’m pretty happy with it.

Perfect replacement frame for canvas painting with another Creative Mark Plein Air style Frame that just didn’t enhance the piece of art.

Solid, well-made frame. Good wood, well-painted, contains all hardware, solid color.

This is beautiful… I don’t like that it doesn’t come with a glass protector, for the paint. I also don’t like that, I had to purchases the hardware for keeping the paint inside the frame. Other than that it’s a pretty good and sturdy frame.

Solid and heavy, and very professional looking! I will be using this company again, 100%. It was better than expected. Some flatboard frames are not nice or plastic feeling, this is solid, heavy and wood. It is definitely worth the money and the little extra you pay. It feels like a professional framing. It is so smooth you just have to try to keep your fingerprints off of it. This comes with the hanging hardware, but you need to have your own offset clips, which is fine to hold the board in. You may also want backing for your board. I may just insert a little felt behind the board.

It arrived in perfect condition this is my third purchase. Well satisfied. Planing to buy in future.
