They work but take a while.
Some people may find that they are rather large to swallow but their coating makes it easy. Reference to the header, you will not find an immediate effect, they need to be taken for a few weeks before their effects become noticeable. Unfortunately you won't notice how well they work until you stop taking them. As a 63 year old with ankle damage from work and motorcycle accidents I was looking for something that allowed me to walk without pain, these capsules are the best I have found so far. The nice side effects are that they also help me with the arthritis in my other joints. This is purely a personal thing, I cannot say that they can do the same for you but you have to try them. I have them on a monthly order from Amazon as they are the cheapest source I have found for them, it also guarantees I don't run out of them. Better than taking co codamol for the pain as they work throughout the day with just 2 taken every morning. Finally I have tried cheaper ones but they do not work anywhere nearly as well. I personally recommend these to people who are involved in physical activities or are suffering from joint injury and pain.

At the top of your advert it states 30 day pack.The box contains 30 tablets but the dose is 2 a day.Very misleading.The tablets are very good and help.
