I'm an energy person, and I find this product to be extremely relaxing in nature. I read that taking flower essences for 15 days helps reset your emotions or something so I'm on week 1. Doesn't have a super strong taste but I usually put it in my smoothie.

Positive nontoxic energy adjustment. I would be without bach flowers. If new to using them. Get a simple book to explain. It’s so easy just drop in water and sip.
