Ugreen usually make good quality products and this hub is well made. It feels good and works well. The connections are sturdy and tight fitting, the main USB-C connector to your laptop is quality textured cable that should easily cope with the hard life these things often have. I have most ports now in use and I do not notice any issues, including a clear and constant output to my large monitors. The only thing this is missing is a network in port, I've had to use another hub for that if I wish to hard wire in the network which is a little disappointing on a hub of this quality. Overall though, this is excellent and really good value for money

It great...but you will realise you need the next one up. As soon as you plug it in, and everything works easily. You wanna add more devices, and more, and more, and more...!!!

The UGREEN Revodok Pro 7 in 1 USB C Dock has been a fantastic addition to my setup. The build quality is excellent. The aluminium casing feels premium and sturdy and it stays cool even with multiple devices connected. The dual HDMI outputs work perfectly for running two external 4K monitors at 60Hz which has made a huge difference to my productivity. Everything connects instantly with no lag or flickering and my laptop recognises the displays straight away every time. The extra USB ports are also incredibly useful. With the 10Gbps speeds I can connect my keyboard, mouse, external drive and other peripherals without any slowdown. The 100W pass through charging is another big plus as it keeps my laptop fully powered with just a single cable. Overall this is a very well designed reliable docking station that does exactly what it promises. If you need a clean simple way to connect multiple monitors and peripherals to a USB C laptop this is an excellent choice. Highly recommended.

The product itself worked as expected, driving two 24" dell screens, keyboard, mouse & headset. The problem I found (and is not mentioned in the detail) is you will need a 100w plug to enable laptop charging (HP Elite 800 G5). Using a phone charger will not work. When using anything less, the laptop has a popup toast that reports there is not enough power to charge the laptop. Purchased 100w usb plug (£20.00) and laptop now charges as expected.

Portable and solid build docking station. The price point is very attractive. The docking station works as expected. It's worth noting that you need to have the right charger to power your computer and the docking station. Otherwise you'll receive a notification on the computer about the charger not being adequate to power the computer. My laptop requires 65W and the docking required 15W so you'll need an 80W charger or more to use it. I was fortunate enough to have a 90W charger. I have a single monitor at present, which works fine. Once I get 4K monitors, I'll provide an update on how it fairs.

Worked perfectly with my Lenovo ThinkPad T14 and two MSI monitors for a while. Unfortunately, it suddenly stopped outputting video through both HDMI ports, even though USB devices like the mouse still worked. The monitors work fine when connected directly to the laptop, so the issue appears to be with the dock's video output. A disappointing experience after initially being very happy with it.

Can’t even begin to tell you how much this has simplified my home office experience. I was getting so bored having to find new and inventive ways of plugging everything into my laptop & at one point, I just didn’t have enough ports to support my multiple screens & peripherals. Bought this and it’s tidied my desk up no end; no longer a load of wires connected to my laptop anymore- just the one; serving as device manager and power source in one. Wish I had bought it earlier!

Ho acquistato questo hub per utilizzarlo con un monitor portatile, nello specifico l’Arzopa Z1RC, che supporta la trasmissione video sia tramite HDMI che tramite USB-C. L’hub si presenta ben costruito, con una scocca in alluminio elegante e che rimane fresca anche durante l’uso prolungato. Punti di forza: • Porte disponibili: 2 HDMI (4K 30Hz), 2 USB-C dati (10Gbps), 2 USB-A, e una porta USB-C PD per la ricarica. • Tutto funziona perfettamente e senza problemi, inclusa la trasmissione video tramite le porte HDMI. • Design compatto ed elegante, perfetto per un utilizzo quotidiano. Limite importante: L’unico motivo per cui non assegno una valutazione piena è la mancanza di una porta USB-C dedicata alla trasmissione video. Il mio monitor Arzopa Z1RC, infatti, supporta la trasmissione video tramite cavo USB-C → USB-C (offerto con il monitor), il che consente di evitare l’utilizzo di un cavo HDMI. Tuttavia, con questo hub non è possibile sfruttare questa funzionalità poiché: 1. Le due porte USB-C presenti supportano esclusivamente il trasferimento dati. 2. La porta USB-C PD è dedicata esclusivamente alla ricarica e non permette la trasmissione video. Di conseguenza, è possibile collegare un monitor solo tramite HDMI, escludendo la possibilità di usare USB-C per video. Conclusione: Si tratta di un buon prodotto, funzionale e ben realizzato, ma avrei preferito che una delle porte USB-C fosse compatibile con la trasmissione video. Questo sarebbe stato particolarmente utile per monitor portatili come il mio, che supportano ingressi video sia HDMI che USB-C. Se il vostro monitor utilizza esclusivamente HDMI per il video, questo hub è una scelta eccellente.
