Anyone know the towing capacity of the rear 2" trailer hitch reciever? 2,000lbs? 3,500lbs?

The hitch is rated @ 5000lbs but look @ owners manual for vehicle tow weigh and tongue weight and stay below all . The jeep it self will be affected by load weight and wouldn't recommend traveling pulling a trailer. I think it's great around town, boat ramp with 17' cc and 90 hp and back and pulling motorcycle trailer local. Short trips are great with no issues. The hitch seems made well and does the job.

Will a 35 in tire fit with this bumper

With the 2016 jk stock spare tire holder and stock Rubicon wheel and 32" tire i had to put 1/2" spacer behind the wheel to be able to close tail gate and it just does close and still hits bumper and is a tight fit, but it works. Other than that you can get a wheel offset spacer (size you need) and will fit perfect with larger wheel and tire. Just don't know how tall you can go before hitting the step part of bumper or be over weight and size for stock tire mount bracket. I recent traded mine so can't give measurements. Bumper seems to be made well and comes with phone # for support and a real person answered it when I called.

Does the receiver fit well or does it have a lot of slop?

just the opposite. its actually a bit tight. You can fit the receiver no problem.

Will a 37 in tire fit in this rear bumper?

Not without changing mounting bracket would need to be a little taller and extend out also. 37 is also really to heavy in my opinion to be supported on your tail gate. I suggest a bumper mount spare tire carrier.
