As a part of my antiageing regime & cellular level health, i carefully selected this Brand after long research. i take 1 capsule usually in the morning. It is an EXCELLENT Quality. After 6 weeks of continuous use, i felt following changes: 1. Clamful deep sleep. 2. Shine in skin. 3. No blury vision. 4. No Heart palpitations.They are fully gone 5. Very Good digestion. 6. Improved blood flow and Energy flow.

I’ve been taking this NAD supplement for a few weeks now and honestly didn’t expect much at first, but it’s grown on me. The main thing I’ve noticed is a steadier kind of energy. It’s not like caffeine where you feel a spike, it’s more that I don’t hit that afternoon slump as hard, and I feel a bit more switched on during the day. On third month of these after a much smarter-than-me friend recommended them after him doing a deep dive into the medical evidence. Definitely had a placebo bounce the first few days, at this point I'm unconvinced but my nails and hair are growing at twice the normal rate so something is happening! I'll give it another month and see what happens.

Early days but my personal trainer suggested I take it , seems to be working, no taste, great value for money , still to feel energy boost but as I said early days and if my trainer suggested it , I trust him
