I spent a long time choosing and didn't know which one to buy and finally I made up my mind and bought this scooter from this company, I didn't want to buy it anywhere because there are problems with the custom service and then you can't return anything. So I decided to buy it only on Amazon, Of course I really liked it but I didn't know how it would be when I received it I didn't expect that it would turn out like this when I opened the box. when i opened the box and put it all together and watched it drive i was very very impressed. I didn't even expect to like it so much, I can't even say anything negative, everything is only positive. I had a lot of questions, I had a lot of doubts, but when I contacted the company, it was just incredible, they are very, very Nice. I just have fun with this scooter. the price is very good i highly highly recommend it to everyone you will not regret if you buy it . very powerful.

I bought this scooter like a month ago and have been riding it and I really enjoy it. It is fun to ride. Seems very well-made and has a very bright headlights. And goes up to 40 mph I lost the keys to my storage compartment and reached out to customer service about it and they’re gonna send me out a replacement. Awesome customer service awesome scooter. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Just received my scooter with a flat rear tire pumped it up tire is flat in 2 days time I slid the handle bars up and the led lights stopped working on the left side this is the. Second m5 pro I've purchased the first one had issues with the motor wired burning up where they plug into the controller took a month to get replacement parts ... Not very happy

Update. I was able to find the problem on the scooter. It says it reaches a speed of 34mph it can reach a spees of 70mph!!! So you have to be really carefull & buy some good gear for this scooter!! Amazing

Nine days crossing two times a day and now my electric motor making a knocking noise see video I'm not worry but sound like its gonna go away not sure let you guys know later Smooth comfort enjoy in mode 2 Mode 1 you really viding listening to your music mode 3 I'm out of there battery life is good 8 days then it need charge for me its a conversation started for sure

This scooter only comes with instructions for use, no assembly instructions. They weren't left out, int seems they're just not included. Also, no link for an assembly video. How am I to assemble this? I'm certain I could guess, but that could create a safety issue if I guess wrong. This is a bad start.

This has been a superb purchase! We've had so much fun and freedom with this unit. Used as a commuter and taken camping for runs to the beach. We haven't begin to run the battery low yet. Charges quickly and draws a lot of stares at its speed and appearance. I stand to get the full scooter experience and sit down for more challenging terrain. Cargo box fits a standard lunch. Cargo pouch fits my water bottle. It is a heavier machine to load but is quality-built. Would recommend (adults only though).

Superbe trottinette, rapide, puissante et stable. Le livre d'instruction pour le montage laisse à désirer, vaut mieux suivre le tutoriel sur Youtube ou bien sur le site du constructeur. Les lumières sont très vive. La fonctionnalité des clignotants est très intéressante. La batterie a une très bonne autonomie. Pour le moment j'adore mon achat. Elle est un peu lourde, mais plus stable comme dit plus haut.
