We have very hard water. I replaced the original version, without the filter, with this updated version with a built in water feature. Now my son’s begging me to buy him on as well. Easy to install. Classy/sleek look. Very sturdy (even better than the original version). I’m 6ft and it extends so high that I don’t have to worry about hitting my head. The water pressure is great. This updated version has an even bigger head, so it covers more of your body. I use the handheld all the time, so convenient. So easy to install, my teenage son did it for me. All I had to do was talk him through it. Oh and I can tell the filter is working because the shower head holes don’t get clogged up with contaminants like the old shower head did. So proof that the filter is working! Definitely recommend getting one for every shower in your house.

Absolute game changer in our bathroom! I love this rainfall shower set SO MUCH! Make sure you order a shower arm separately, as this set doesn’t come with one, but that’s pretty typical. My husband had a quick and easy install, took under 20mins! The faucet heads are beautiful quality and work SO WELL. Even when utilizing both at once there’s no lack of water pressure. All balances out well. The hand held holder was easily installed and it’s got great spray options too. The waterfall head doesn’t have different spray options, so just an fyi there. Overall a fantastic quality waterfall shower setup at an affordable price. Super happy!

I’m obsessed with this shower head combo. We had terrible water pressure with our last shower head and I just thought that was our life. But I now have TWO amazing shower heads that produce a lot more volume of water (I got the 2.5 gal per min version). Plus, compared to my last filtered shower, it’s NOTICEABLY more filtered and cleaner, like I’m wondering if our last one was honestly even truly filtered water, because now our hair and skin is like squeaky clean but super soft? It’s literally the best thing that’s happened to me in a while. BUT, I guess our shower arm from the wall was just installed lower than normal, but this shower head, even at the tallest height, is too short for my 5’6 & 5’8 family members. But idc…they can just swing it to the side because I love it. I installed the handheld one up high and pointed so that they can easily stand under that. But just in case I reached out to the company and asked if they have an extension or something, because my family is missing out! Also our shower was very dark so I have a waterproof battery rechargeable light that attaches with a magnet to the ceiling…also from Amazon, you can see in the video how great that is too, if you’re needing one of those. I’m going to find the brand and edit this later for you all. Definitely buy it if you’re looking…I researched for hours and this was the best option shower head, with the best reviews, for the price. And now that I have tried it I’m hooked.

Love it! Easy installation and great results. It really makes all the difference, gives you the spa experience. The filter makes the water almost feel soft and the spray options are the great for massage.

I have had this shower head for about 6 months and it works well, no leaks on the actual shower head, but a couple of things to keep in mind. 1. Make sure to put the rainfall head high enough to where it's out of the way, not just for you, but the tallest person who will use it. It can move around and take up a lot of space if it's put too low for someone. 2. I would also only recommend this shower head for a shower that has had the shower arm recently replaced or taken out and inspected as the shower head is quite heavy! I made the mistake of installing this on an older shower arm without taking it off and inspecting it. Unfortunately, the shower arm had corroded through on the side connecting to the pipe in the wall and it was leaking into the wall during showers without us being the wiser!! We had some plumbing work done and discovered the leak from the access hole on the adjoining wall. After replacing the shower arm, it works great, no more leaking into the wall. I can't say for sure, but I feel like the pressure from the weight of this shower head may have caused or increased the size of the crack on the shower arm, which in turn caused or increased the leak. Who knows? Please just be aware that this could happen.

I’m a woman and installed this myself within 30 minutes. It was easy! I’ve had it for about a month or so and love it so far! It feels fancy!!! I love the filtered shower heads (they’re both filtered!) because it helps my skin and hair feel healthier. We have really hard water here with lots of mineral build up. I enjoy the spray options and can even clean the shower with the removable shower head! It fit well. Has several spray settings on the removable head. It included everything you need to install it except the big tools. Keep the small Allen head wrench it comes up and also where to order more of the filters!

I have had and used this shower head for about 6 months now and these are my thoughts: The Good: Installation was simple. The packaging was excellent, instructions were clear. The water pressure was good out of the box. Sprayer is excellent. I bought mine in black, I think it looks pretty snazzy, if you care what your shower head looks like at least. It has been a nice addition to my shower routine to just stand under it and relax. The Average: The unit is kind of heavy, so it is a little droopy from my shower pipe out of the wall. The whole armature has a lot of bounce and movement if you have to mess with it. I'm sure its fine, but it is a little concerning that it has a lot of give in its movements. The included filter is also impossible to remove by hand. When it came to replace the filter, I tried many times by hand and it wouldn't budge. I had to purchase a strap wrench to finally pop it loose. You only have to do this occasionally so its not a huge inconvenience. The Bad: The head nozzles are small so they tend to clog up with gunk or deposits from the water. Every time when I turn the shower on, water will spray from every direction (90 degrees horizontal in some cases) from some of the nozzles due to these obstructions. Its easy to fix, just rub the rubber tipped nozzle and then its fine. There are 100 nozzles, I'd say anytime I start up the shower, at least 10 are going crazy or not working at all until cleared with the rub method. This isn't a deal breaker, but it is annoying to have to deal with every time. I use the filter, have tried without the filter, have replaced the filter. My water is from a municipal source and runs through a softener, I don't think it would be leave a lot of deposits, but it could just be my water causing this issue. Your mileage my vary on this one.
