Support Department is Golden
The weather station works well until it didn't. I experienced some issues after a couple of months with the weather station on my tri-band network. It dropped off and would not link back up with my WiFi. I contacted their support department who were quite supportive and continued to work with me until we figured out that it needed to connect to a 2.4Ghz WiFi WLAN. Once I created the 2.4Ghz WLAN on my access point it connected without a hitch. I cannot say enough superlatives about their support department.

Very frustrating
It is absolutely impossible to connect this to anything! The booklet that comes with the weather station is completely out of date. It has no relationship to what the actual websites look like! I’m so incredibly frustrated with this piece of equipment. I could pull my hair out.

Too confusing for people that aren't computer savvy
instructions to confusing, too many functions that have to be set up before you can use it. So it sets in the corner not being used 😢
