I'm using this behind the shampoo chair, and while it does the job and is nice to have to mitigate fatigue while standing, it is thinner than many other anti-fatigue mats. Size-wise, it may be ideal for a small space in which you never move, but it's basically the right size for a person standing up in one spot.
