Good overall gel, other than the taste. It has a very harsh chemical taste, but the texture is great. VERY easy on the stomach. Great value for the boost it’ll give.

I’m loving it. Not too sweet, not too bitter. The right consistency as well. This gel doesn’t weigh in your stomach like the GUs. I take one of these gels during my long runs while training for my first marathon. I can feel the boost of energy.

I’ve always really liked these. I just finally started buying them on Amazon because of convenience. I also enjoy being able to buy them in bulk so that helps a lot too. The flavor is amazing. The energy level is great. Overall, a really good product. It does get really sticky so beware of that but it is a honey gel pack so. And all the people that say, these are not good. They are very good. It’s just probably not as sweet as they’re hoping them to be, but the flavor is amazing on them. It’s not gonna taste exactly like a salted caramel latte, but it does have a caramel taste to it and I love that.

The flavor is not as expected

I’m used to using the GU energy gels and never have stomach issues, but I was looking for a “cleaner” alternative. These got good reviews and I don’t need my gels to be super sweet, so I figured these would be a good option. The salted caramel latte flavor is absolutely disgusting. I had one during a 10 mile run and didn’t notice much of a boost and it was sooo hard to get down. Like actually revolting. I tried one before a run to see if it was actually that bad, and yeah, it was terrible. It’s like extremely sweet with a gross bitter after taste (probably from the green tea?). I love the Stinger stroopwaffles but I would definitely not recommend these.

I hike between 12-18 miles a day and these caffeinated 70mg.HONEY PACKS really give me a non-jittery BOOST! They taste like a mixture of caramel and coffee. I would 100% recommend!! And a keynote for me is that they absolutely don't bother my stomach.
