Mixed feeling about the product
The velvet surface is extremely smooth and makes you touch. The pump works fabulously well. The build quality is amazingly high for the price. The real issue to me was when I sued it for my 14 hours of transoceanic air travel, for some reasons, I felt it fairly uncomfortable and gave pain on my neck. I depressed quite a bit to make it a bit softer which reduced my neck pain, but it still did not completely solve the problem. After using one time for the long air travel, I decided not to use it for future travels. Not sure what to do with it, but maybe I can try to use it for camping or something....

Easy to inflate and comfortable
The pump is quick and easy to use, and the material is comfortable even for long flights. When deflated, it fits into a small pouch that is very convenient for travel.

Easily inflated and deflated. No hanging or carrying!!
I just used mine on a trip to California. I saw all of these people with their pillow hanging off their luggage or hanging on their arm-I was so excited that mine was in a bag and could be easily inflates and still clean from other germs. Mine is pink, kind of reminds me of a pig. I love it!

Good travel product
Great solution for a road trip, I bought this before I went out for July 4 road trip from NY to FL. I was a long way to drive. But this product make my travel so comfortable. My friends love it because it comes with a sleep mask and earpieces as a set.

Soft material, but overall uncomfortable
Overall this neck pillow feels like nice quality - the material is very soft. I find it easy to inflate and it tucks into its storage bag nicely. But I could not get comfortable in no matter how many times I adjusted the amount of air to fill it. It feels like my head and neck can’t sink into the pillow like it doe with non inflatable types. I was excited about the support notches to keep my head propped, but they get restricting and weird. After giving this several tries, I just couldn’t make it work for me.

Great for long travel
Took this for traveling overseas for 16hr flight. Did a good job of keeping as comfortable as you can be on a plane.

Took little space in backpack for trip to europe
Used it, inflated and defalted it, Took very little space and it worked like a charm. Like the velvetty cover on top.

soft and cuddly
the cushy velvet was delightful. I was astonished by all the components of this neck pillow--ear plugs, eye shade, easy blowup and down. I would recommend this to anyone. another bonus was that deflating to the softness desired was a snap.
