Air loss big problem
I bought this for my car and found it so easy to pump up. It offers good support for my back and allows my shoulders to roll back nicely. Unfortunately, it started loosing air after only a few weeks and will go flat within a couple of hours when in use. It did not work well in the airplane either because it lost air quickly and did not offer neck support. I cannot recommend it since the air loss is not something easily fixed. I ended up buying a backbone pillow to replace it.

Great lumbar spine support!
I've dragged my special back pillow with me on every vacation for years because sitting on planes, trains and automobiles is hard for me. I had lumbar spine surgery years ago but still suffer from back pain and my old pillow, though big and easy to forget on the seat, made travel comfortable. This little inflatable pillow replaces the old one and iis the bomb! You find your seat on the plane or whatever, pull the pillow out of your pocket and inflate it, not with your own breath but with the internal pump which is tiny but mighty. Its taken a few trips to tease out what the correct inflation is (for me, less is more) but I've nailed it now. The best thing is that it truly supports my cranky spine, especially on the sides of my back which seems to be critical. When the plane taxies after it lands, I squeeze out the air, roll that puppy up and slide it back into it bag. Badda Bing! Happy back!

Convenient and comfortable
Nice back support. Easy to carry and fill air. That is why I also used as pillow neck support in my car and on my recent trip. I just carried it in my purse and filled it with air when I got to airport. Love it.

Comfortable lumbar pillow !!!
I bought this because of I'm frequent travels. Loved the comfort and how easily it fit in my luggage.They are slightly contoured and just fit my back and head. I will be using them on some long plane trips and also for camping.
