So i hopped on the bandwagon and made a few bars of Dubai chocolate. This was already baked so didnt have to fry it and the chocolate turned out fantastic, really nice, good crunch... So i bought another one. Definitely recommend.

It came moldy, absolutely stinks of mold when you open the bag and i broke it apart and it was green and dark. It's discusting I requested a refund immediately!

If you like Dubai chocolate and want to have a go at making your own, this is for you. It has a lovely taste and is already cooked which makes it very easy to use. It is good value for the money when you consider how expense it is to buy Dubai chocolate. Get the pistachio cream and some tahini and you’re away.

I used this to make Dubai chocolate and it turned out great. The kataifi was fresh, crispy after baking, and easy to work with. The taste was really good and the package arrived in good condition. I would buy it again.
