I have to admit I am very impressed with this Lonky security camera system and would recommend it to anyone looking for a good quality entry level home security system. Camera and picture are of good quality, the 2TB PVR can record over 30 days of footage and the motion detectors work very well! Camera installation was literally plug and play, easiest install I've ever done! My only complaint is that it should come standard with additional 4 of the 10M power cables as none of the power supply cables are long enough for most applications (cables were an additional $60 for all 4).

I was originally skeptical because there were not many reviews on this product. However, it was the only product that I could find that was both wireless (wireless to main station, but wired to the plugs) , had audio and was an easy set upPros:- came as described- Easy set up- image quality is good (didnt need 4k or anything fancy)- Cameras have and record audio- Reasonable price (saved $300 compared to cameras systems in store)- 2 Tb storage- every question I had was responsed to promptly (within 12 - 24 hours) via email. They are very willing to help and provided a WhatsApp or Skype method to communicate quicker.Cons- the camera power cables are very small. Maybe like 3 feet. So I had to spend another $30 on 4 power extension cables. It was an easy fix, I may have not read it or missed it, but that would have been nice to know upon purchase so i can could have saved time when ordering an camera extension cables.Overall, I would recommend this product, especially if you want audio as well.

User manual and user guide show two different NVR system. ISMKIT app is garbage,app does not work on android phone could not see cameras on phone,could not view cameras on laptop IP address does not work. NVR system did not work out the box right away,hard drive was not connected to circuit board. Customer service don't know how to write proper English, there are oblivious to what i am asking them,i had to email customer service twice to get one question answered,did not get a chance to install cameras too many problems,return NVR system four days after receiving it don't waste your time and money on this product. CUSTOMER SERVICE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Nice product but i had 2 defective camera wich was replaced next day by Sunny from lonnkeeCustomer Service is awesome
