Very nice sound, don't tangle too badly or too easily, and come with a variety of sizes! Also survived a water bottle leaking all over them so they're clearly quite well put together. Slightly dull and bassy sound but they're £10 and tiny, so I won't mark them down for that.

my headphone is not working properly, I can't hear anything, I have tried troubleshooting and everything which they have mentioned on the Amazon page. They don't have any complaints reporting system which is annoying. I have paid full money and I want full refund. Panasonic is a big company but I won't recommend anyone to use this particular headphones and this is a complete waste of money. If amazon doesn't listen to this then I may need to lodge a formal complaint to this big brand. Please refund my money or I may need to choose a different route.

Nice sound with good base

Shame I have to leave a 3 star for this, for the price the sound quality is excellent. Had to buy USB C as audio jack converters break easily and I'm not a fan of wireless but I may have to look into some. Ok I've these 2 months and already they are on the blink. Whilst I'm listening to music they automatically skip tracks, pause or perform actions on my phone. Some sort of loose connection already. I've not damaged them as all I do is plug them into my phone and listen to music. I've used Betron for years and they go 12 months without issues. These need more support around the connector if they break after 2 months.

Great earphones, comfortable to wear and great sound quality. Using it with my iPhone and also pc for teams calls

Third pair of usb-c earphones I've tried, and I thought I would go for a reliable brand like Panasonic. But no, they proceeded to constantly pause my music, make crackling sounds and I had to hold down the headphones into the port for them to even work at all. And even then they didn't work today. In fact, they broke. I threw them away so I don't expect to be able to get a refund or anything like that, but I'm absolutely livid.

Impressive quality for such a cheap set of earphones.

Sound cuts out often during audiobooks, dropping the first word off most chapters & periodically cutting words out during chapters. Expected better from Panasonic. Comfortable to wear but can't recommend.

Świetne słuchawki, bardzo trwałe. Pilot podgłaszania / ściszania nieintuicyjny - trzeba szukać przycisków. Słuchawki dobrze grają i izolują od otoczenia (może aż nadto). O ile kabel nie przeszkadza, a generuje dźwięki przy poruszaniu, o tyle słuchawki bez uwag. Dźwięk bardzo zrównoważony, bas jest ale nie przesadny. Co do szerokości i głębokości sceny nie chcę się wypowiadać z racji braku porównania z modelami z wyższej półki.

La qualità audio è buona: il suono è pulito, con bassi presenti ma non eccessivi e voci chiare, perfette sia per musica che per video e chiamate. Molto comodo il fatto che non abbiano bisogno di essere ricaricate e che funzionino subito appena collegate, senza problemi di connessione come succede a volte con il Bluetooth. Il cavo è leggero e abbastanza resistente, mentre il comfort dipende un po’ dalla forma, ma nel mio caso risultano comode anche dopo un uso prolungato. Unico piccolo difetto: l’isolamento dai rumori esterni non è altissimo, ma per questa fascia di prezzo è più che accettabile. Nel complesso le consiglio a chi cerca delle cuffiette semplici, economiche e sempre pronte all’uso 👍
