This is what I was looking for. I have always wanted to be able to doctor my "regular" ramen to have the same taste/mouthfeel/strange satisfaction of the cup-o-noodles when you find pieces of vegetables and shrimp with the noodles in a perfect blend of more than just broth and noodles. I tried the Augason Farms Vegetable Medley Blend in the hopes it would do what I wanted, but it just wasn't right (makes a good vege soup base don't get me wrong, but wrong flavour for ramen). The seafood/vege mix here is perfect. It has the corn, peas, and carrots I expected, but it also had the bits of fishcake and shrimp that you can see what it is before you eat it. The taste is perfect for me. I used the Ichiban original flavour ramen as my base for the first experiment, and it was great.

Wow. Turn a bland cellophane pack of ramen noodles into a tasty entree. Besides the yummy flavor enhancement, the addition of this topping adds pleasing texture. I did not let it seep in hot water for then full 10 minutes suggested . . . just a few minutes adding it right on top of the dry noodles and stirring it in with the hot water. Game changer!

Smaller jar than expected for the price, but they taste great and are a fun addition to ramen noodles.

Not sure if it was the particular batch I got, or if the contents had settled, but I have tried this once with my ramen and the predominant flavor is not seafood, it's....carrots. Overwhelmingly so. Picking out the individual fish cakes, bits of crab, shrimp, etc. is tasty, but just a big spoonful of soup those flavors do not leap out.I enjoyed it more than plan ramen noodles, but I doubt I will order this again.

He’ll yeah now you can make non cupped noodles get that cup noodle aesthetic flavor is the same as you’d expect from cup noodles.

Listen—if you're in the market for a good amount of dried seasoning for soups, etc. and like dehydrated veggies, this one is for you. Lots of carrots and those orange and white imitation crab roll things. I would have loved more of the small shrimps, but I'll have to look elsewhere. The quality is great.
