Effective Foam Roller
What I really like about this foam roller is the wavy texture design of it. This is different from the traditional smooth and flat foam rollers but I feel like this one does a better job at getting to your knots in my back and shoulder. It feels pretty sturdy and well built. The additional accessories are nice to have, I use the ball on my feet for relieving heel pain. Overall, this is a solid foam roller, especially if you prefer one that has a different wavy layout to it that may be more effective at targeting certain areas

Great functional mobility training set
My body has been wearing down from all the physical activity I do, but I rarely stretch, which has caused injuries and pain to creep up on me. This is the perfect kit for providing muscle tightening relief, flexibility, and warm up materials. I love how the roller comes with grooves, which loosen up tight knots while it’s rolling on my back. The calf roller works well to loosen my Achilles and tight calf muscles and prevent hamstring pulls. It’s a great quality kit for the price that I recommend.

Nice kit best for beginners or more sensitive users.
I got this as a small portable set for traveling.Foam roller - Seller’s listing discrepancy - foam roller title says “high density” and the about this item describes it as “medium density”. I would say this roller is soft to medium density, and more suitable for beginners. Higher density rollers are more suitable for experienced users; they can penetrate deeper into the muscle tissue.I use a foam roller regularly and overtime you tend to want something that you can really get release of the fascia. If you don’t foam roll regularly and you get something too firm, it will be too painful and you won’t use it.I was hoping the texture of the foam roller would help get into the muscles more, but it’s foam and compresses enough that it seems the grooves/pattern are more for look than functionality. It feels fairly smooth even-pressure to me. You probably won’t really feel the ridges and knobs that would give a deeper compression.Muscle Roller Yoga Stick – The 3 separate rolling pins are almost 2” in width and 2” in diameter. They bumps on these are also foam and compress some making it less intense than I’m used to. The handles are hard plastic, comfortable grip.Massage Ball – I normally use a lacrosse ball. I used to think that ball was hard and didn’t give, that was until I got this ball. This ball is a hard solid plastic ball and doesn’t give at all!!Resistance Stretching band – the seller's picture describes it as 25-35 lbs resistance level. Is that hard or easy? It really depends on what muscle groups you are working. Compared to the bands I normally use, I believe this band is light to medium resistance for smaller muscle groups or for general strength training. If it’s too easy, you can always do more reps, or get a set with different resistances. If you are looking for an all-in-one set, I think this set is worth considering. Looking at other roller kits, the current price of $39.99 is similar or a tad on the higher end of comparable products. I was disappointed that the foam roller was not a firmer “high density” material. I am knocking off one star for the inconsistent description that says both “high density” and “medium density” for the same item.

useful pack of massage essentials
Let's start with the main product, the foam roll. The outside has a wavy texture and some give to it. It is labelled as medium density. It works nicely for rolling out the muscles. It can withstand 145 lbs of weight standing on it for 2-3 minutes without a problem. How do I know? Our family had a contest for who could balance standing on the foam roll the longest. It definitely gives a good foot massage and balance workout when you do that! It also works well for the traditional foam roll techniques, like those pictured on the package. The other items included have no pictures or examples of how to use them in the package. However, it looks like there is some instruction on the Amazon listing. The stick roller has some textured balls on it that are more firm, but also have a small amount of give. The massage ball is hard and plastic. I find it nice for a firm massage on my hand when rolling it between my hand and a hard surface. The red elastic band can be useful, but I will likely gravitate to my other band sets that come with multiple bands and resistances. The carrying case is drawstring bag that can neatly store all the items in it.

Plenty good for a beginner
I've used plenty of gym equipment in my life, but never a textured roller like this - though I've seen them around plenty and wondered what they felt like, so I figured I would give one a try.My first takeaway is that while I did notice it said "high density" I didn't think it would be this strongly textured! But once you actually put your weight on it, it feels more smooth. The second takeaway is that this can be a great tool for back-related exercises - and massage.Speaking of massage, you also get a massage roller stick and a little massage ball which are both useful. To round the set out you also get one exercise band (strength: red) and a carrying bag, which is a nice bonus. All in all, this beginner likes it!

Great set
Great set. I love that the foam roll is hollow and I can keep the other items inside and keeping neat inside the bag.The ball is solid and heavy great for massaging feet and other areas. The roller stick is lightweight feels a bit cheap but helps a bit massaging the muscles. I still prefer the wooden ones. The foam roller is also solid and can handle at least 180 lbs on if you use the floor while on your back. The elastic band is ok seems like a regular quality.
