Watch is a 4, Customer Service 5+
The watch: easy to set up. Love that there is no subscription required. It was great at counting steps, the heart rate function was accurate as well as blood oxygen levels. The blood pressure was way off, but not surprising as without an inflatable cuff, it's just little more than a guess. The sleep tracker is ok. The battery charge lasted at least a week. For the price, I'd give it 4 stars. Customer Service: My watch chipped where the band fits to the watch face rendering it unusable after 3 1/2 months. It was not eligible for an Amazon return, but I contacted the manufacturer and they replaced it at no cost immediately! They were most helpful and kind. 5+ stars for customer service!

Poor quality.
This watch broke soon after receiving it. It broke on the watch face making it impossible to keep the watch band on. Now I’m not able to use it at all. This was a total waste of money and couldn’t get a refund.

Not sure of the blood pressure accuracy
So as much as i want to love this watch I'm disappointed because the snap to keep the band locked in place will just randomly pop open. It's a beautiful watch and does well with the steps. The sleep tracking is probably correct yet it falls off in my sleep. I was not sure on how accurate the blood pressure was on it and I've only checked it at a local store and there was a huge difference and not in a good way. I have high bp and on new meds so thats the main reason i purchased this watch. It's not horrible at all but the accuracy of the bp and the band constantly coming apart are the main reasons i gave this 3 stars.

Great watch and customer service
I purchased a HM-57 smart watch, it is very stylish with its gold mesh band. It's the easiest watch I have ever owned. Great battery life and quick charge. I contacted customer support when I band broke at the watch casing, hoping it could be repaired. Customer support was very helpful and requested pictures of the break and replaced the watch. Great customer service and great watch.

Poor quality, but worked to see what features I like in a smart watch!
I liked this watch-it looked nice & did what I wanted in a smart watch. But the quality was just so low! The 1st one just stopped working & it was replaced (which was nice). The 2nd one worked longer, but the watch face frame broke where it holds the pin, so the band no longer stays attached (see pic). I suppose for the price, I shouldn't have expected much. It was a great trial run & confirmed I like the features of a smart watch. So now I can spend a bit more to get a good quality watch and know I'll use it!!

Crap latch
I love the wash but the watch falls off every five minutes.Because the latch is a piece of c*** . I would like to either get a refund or a new one.

I'm so glad I picked this watch over so many out there. I've bought a few other ones and none compared to this watch. I was surprised that it actually monitors your blood pressure and it's pretty accurate. Besides that, it tracks all sports and fitness programs. You can also talk to it when someone calls. The app sync to the watch as soon as you open it and updates your daily progress. It has been 5 days since I purchased it. The battery lasted at least 7 days before charging again. I'm very happy with the purchase and I hope it lasts.
