Hurts your teeth it is to big & cumbersome to use

I’ve tried many of the anti snoring devices, none of which have worked well, if at all. I purchased this as a last resort…wish I’d bought it first! Apparently my snoring has stopped completely 👍 it took me a few nights to get used to wearing it, but to be honest, I don’t really notice it’s there now, would recommend.

Took too long to mould it and it’s still uncomfortable

My wife finally got a decent night's sleep.....It takes a little getting used to, but once you have used it for a couple of nights it's fine.I do tend to grind my teeth, which means that I have bitten into the mouth piece more than when I originally molded it to suit me, just hope I can remold it. But will be buying another as a backup. It's a small price to pay for a happy wife. Thanks.

This mouthpiece is huge! No way was it going to fit and was no easier to mould after being in the boiling water. I’m afraid it ended up in the bin!

It did clear my sinus and reduced snoring but is very big. My teeth hurt and there was blood on some occasions.The moulding can trap your teeth in the small grooves.

This is too thick and inflexible. I’m not sure how anyone can wear this comfortably. Even after moulding it’s extremely difficult to get it to fit.

Very uncomfortable I went through the process of getting it to fit but it’s uncomfortable once in your mouth to the point where I’ve woken up and I’ve taken it out in my sleep I’m going to try the same thing from a different company,🤷🏻‍♂️
