I absolutely love this steam mop and it has honestly been a lifesaver for me. I have a back injury, so cleaning floors can be difficult and painful, particularly when it involves a lot of bending, scrubbing and going over the same area repeatedly. This has made such a difference. What I really like is how easy it is to use. It feels sturdy and well made, but glides across the floor without me having to put much effort into it. The steam does a brilliant job of loosening dirt and grime, so I don’t have to spend ages scrubbing. I also really like having the different steam levels, as I can adjust it depending on how much cleaning is needed. The steam blaster is a fantastic feature for those stubborn marks and areas that need a little extra attention. It gives you that extra burst of steam when you need it, and I’ve been really impressed with how effectively it tackles dirt that I would previously have had to scrub at. The gripping pads are excellent too. They pick up dirt really well and stay in place while you’re cleaning. I also bought some replacement mop heads on Temu that are compatible with this Shark, which has worked out brilliantly. It means I can have plenty of clean replacements ready to go without having to worry about running out. For me, though, the biggest benefit is how much easier it has made cleaning physically. I don’t have to put the same strain on my back, and being able to clean my floors properly without lots of bending and scrubbing is a huge plus. It has taken a job that I used to dread and made it much more manageable. I love that I can get that really satisfying deep-clean feeling without having to use lots of cleaning products. The steam does the hard work, and my floors feel fresh and properly clean afterwards. It’s also very convenient for everyday cleaning. I find myself using it regularly because it’s so much easier than getting the bucket and mop out and spending ages scrubbing the floor. Overall, I’m genuinely thrilled with this purchase. For someone with a back injury, it has made a job that can be painful and exhausting so much easier. It feels like a really worthwhile investment, and I honestly don’t know how I managed without it before. I would definitely recommend it, especially if you want something that makes floor cleaning quicker, easier and much less physically demanding. And being able to buy compatible replacement mop heads cheaply on Temu is an added bonus for me.

Sensational. Total gamer-changer for weekly home clean. I hadn’t mopped the floors in my apartment for weeks, maybe even months. This is because adding a mop and bucket task to the end of a 2-hour cleaning marathon on a weekly basis just wasn’t practical or realistic, so I would always leave it until the school holidays. This Shark electric steam mop is a life-saver. It made mopping the floors so effortless. Why did I not know about this sooner?! It takes seconds to warm up. The mop glides so easily, with hardly any physical effort other than directing it. It’s not too heavy so you don’t feel tired. It did a great job, my floor haven’t felt like this since I first moved in to my new home. I’ve walking around barefoot because the floors feel great. The whole thing felt like it only took 20 minutes to mop the entire flat. My other bragging points are that it’s not noisy. It doesn’t take up much storage space. Putting it together was a breeze. It came in a colour scheme that beautifully matched my home, well done on that design folks. The only tiny improvement is that it can’t get right in the corners.

Whilst a five star review is quite generous, there are just a few things small things that shark could do that would improve this. Things like the cable tidy as usual with all upright vacuum cleaners and this type of thing the cable tides are awful and the water tank filling it could be slightly redesigned to make it a little easier. It isn’t difficult but it is fiddly saying that a full water tank will do a very good area. I have a 90 meter apartment and it doesn’t use a full tank and nearly all of my floors are hard floors except two bedrooms which do have carpets I have found some fun ways to use this because it is so easy and it is a pleasure cleaning the floor when I moved here a few weeks ago there was just an ordinary mop. I’m trying to clean the floor was back breaking. I am quite tall and using a mop bucket nearly broke my back so I looked around and I opted for this and I am pleased I did so unpacking it is a bit of a mission. It is not easy it is quite difficult putting it together. It’s very easy but the unpacking is yuck! At least you only have to unpack it one time it has a nice weight not overly heavy but it certainly is not light when an operation as to switch it on and leave for a couple of minutes for the steamed to generate once it has done that which is only maybe two or three minutes you are good to go, to start the pad rotating just tilt it back on the pad will start rotating automatically and you will notice it’s pulling you away but it is pulling you away in a good way which means it feels like it. It is just gliding across the floor and with a slight tilt of the rest you change direction the coverage is excellent even though you have two rotating bad they do not leave a streak in the middle. I do use a floor detergent with the mix and it dries within one to 2 minutes which was surprising by the time I have got to the end of the cleaning everything is dry. I’ve also discovered how to adapt it. I have a fairly large walk in shower which I often fear of slipping in so I decided to try this in the shower to clean the shower tray and it works amazingly since I’ve done this the shower tray does not have any slip on it at all and I felt safe showering again I can highly recommend this if you have a relatively large hard floor area which you like to keep nice and clean. I have had many comments about how clean my floor is and how shiny it is and I think the shy is probably down to the detergent that I’m using. I’ve never used it before so it is all new to me but I’m extremely happy I didn’t want to give this four stars just because there are a couple of things that you could do with tweaking from shark so it has to be a five. Storage is very easy. It’s less than a vacuum cleaner and is very stable upright. If you’re looking for something that does a very good job that is easy and light and easily to manoeuvre then it’s perfect. It is not the cheapest on the market and perhaps not the highest rated but for my purpose and I am a bit of a clean freak this works very very well.

Overall, I’m satisfied that it’s killing bacteria, removing hidden grease and pulling up dirt. Just doing my kitchen and living room, the pads look 40% dirtier compared to new and usually I sweep / antibac mop with kettle water once a week or so. Positives; Very light weight (one hand) and does the work for you compared to a mop, easy to manoeuvre about (I’d recommend for elderly / disabled) - decent power chord length - quick drying - easy to build, the handle just clicks in and remove all packaging. Stands upright with no support. Negatives; Small water tank, doesn’t leave that ‘clean’ feeling after like a mop would… Price is wayyy too steep for what you get Had this been £95 or under, absolutely a steal. But at the time paying £139 it’s got me questioning to return or not as it’s expensive / upper end for output, you’re basically paying an extra £65 premium just because it’s Shark and the pads spin for a better scrub. Honestly it really depends on usage, if you spill a lot of food with little ones or pets sure it’s great (or stone surfaces), for general sensible cleaning on standard laminate it is overkill.

Amazing better than I expected I’d advise anyone to buy it. I read reviews some made me doubt but I can confirm it makes life so much easier Easy to assemble easy light weight it is worth the money.

Effortless cleaning. Super easy to use and refill. Cable is plenty. One plug change for whole ground floor. Pads are effective scrubber for grained laminates and smooth. Glides over rugs too. Lays flat so goes under sofas and beds. Have a vax...this is way better as the dirtier pads show! Great value.

I needed to replace my old Shark steam mop and had a look to see what the new version was.Wow this is such an uplift on the old one.So easy to set up and use a child could do it.It practically moves itself, your really just guiding it. The rotating heads do a fabulous job.Very minor but because the heads rotate it doesn’t clean corners and you will need a funnel to fill it.Otherwise it is the best thing since sliced bread,my floors have never been so clean

Wanted to start cleaning the kitchen floor without over powering chemicals. Went for a well known brand and liked the look of the scrubbing/spinning pads. Had for a few months now and happy with the performance. Easy to use and impressed with how the steam breaks down the dirt. Stands well on its own in storage and easy to put on and remove pads. Usually find on offer as with most shark products

Very disappointed with this. Worked perfectly for the first few weeks. Then container for water would no longer stay put and Kept Falling out. Had to put a tie wrap on it to keep in place. Sometimes it takes a Couple of attempts to get it going
