Zyliss Peeling Knife 6cm/2.3in Japanese Stainless Steel Blade Fruit Knife

This knife is just what I needed. Fits comfortably in my hand. No problem cutting vegetables as it's sharp. Comes with a blade cover so accidents when it's in the drawer. Very pleased with it and would recommend. Also well priced.

Has taken a while to get used to the hooked blade, but it's now my go to knife for prepping potatoes and small fruit/veg. Easy to sharpen. The eco more friendly handle seems hard wearing enough. I really like that is comes with a blade guard, which is great in my work tool kit.
