Defekter Toner
Nachdem der Cyan-Toner eingesetzt wurde passte das Druckbild nicht mehr. Eine Kalibrierung und Reinigung hat leider auch nicht geholfen. Der HP-Reparaturservice stellte dann fest, das der Cyan-Toner defekt ist und ausgetauscht werden muss. Eine Reklamation scheint nicht möglich, da der Kontakt zum Verkäufer unbeantwortet bleibt. Dafür gibt es glatte NULL-Sterne!
